Please join us for our 2024 Spring seminar series on “Entrepreneurship in Asian High-Tech Industries.” Each year, this series surveys the most recent trends, patterns, and challenges of entrepreneurship in Asia and their relevance to Silicon Valley and the U.S. 

On April 9th, guest speaker Dr. Kid Parchariyanon, CEO and Co-Founder of RISE & Managing Partner of SeaX Ventures, joins us from Thailand at Stanford. Gain insights into the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities driving innovation across Southeast Asia. Explore the future economy in one of the world's most vibrant and rapidly evolving regions.

Dr. Kid Parchariyanon ignites innovation across Southeast Asia. As CEO of RISE, he helps 400+ giants & governments develop solutions that boost both GDP (1%) and sustainability (1% carbon reduction). RISE has birthed 2,000+ startups worth $2 billion.

He also fuels DeepTech breakthroughs as Managing Partner of SeaX Ventures, with unicorn investments like Solana and Band Protocol. Driven by tech’s potential to solve global challenges, Dr. Kid’s expertise spans from MD & Biomedical Informatics to Stanford GSB alumni, Gen.T List Honoree, Tatler Futurist, and Prestige 40 Under 40. He is a force for a better, bolder future. He is also the Managing Partner of SeaX Ventures, a US & SEA based, DeepTech VC fund that invests in exponential startups globally. In just three years, he has two unicorn portfolios: Solana and Band Protocol. SeaX has $80 million in assets under management. Dr. Kid is passionate about leveraging technology to solve the world’s biggest challenges, especially in the fields of DeepTech and sustainability.

Dr. Kid holds an MS in Biomedical Informatics from Oregon Health and Science University, an MD from Mahidol University, and Stanford GSB Executive Program Alumni. He is also a Gen.T List Honoree, Tatler’s The Futurist, and Prestige’s 40 Under 40.
