The Bright Internet Global Summit (BIGS) is a global forum for discussing the vision, principles, and research into the Bright Internet. More information on the Bright Internet can be found at <www.brightinternet.org>. It is also a channel to derive agreements among stakeholders in the private and public sectors for mutual benefits which cannot be realized by a single country alone. BIGS 2018 in San Francisco is the continuation of BIGS 2017 in Seoul and BICS 2018 in Beijing. The summit is held in conjunction with the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2018.
