Accelerating the Startup and Innovation Ecosystem in the Philippines: Utilizing National Innovation Policies and Investments toImpact the Lives of 120M People Everyday
Earl Valencia, Co-Author of the “Startup Mindsets: A Blueprint to Thrive in an Innovation-Driven and Globally Connected World”, will cover the current state of the Philippine startup ecosystem, national innovation policies, and their impact on entrepreneurship. He will also discuss strategies for scaling innovation, insights from his book “Startup Mindsets,” and how government investments can drive meaningful change for a large population.
Earl is a venture-backed startup founder, investor and corporate innovation executive that has worked in Silicon Valley, New York and Southeast Asia. In 2023, he was appointed by the President of the Philippines as an Executive Member of the National Innovation Council representing the Business Sector.
