Law and the Chinese Transformation Conference

Focusing on the theme of Law and the Chinese Transformation, the conference will hold discussions on the legal implications of the emergence of China, specifically:

  1. The development of rule of law in China;

  2. The current reforms in legal education in China, and the transferability of the US legal education model;

  3. The corporate, regulatory, and intellectual property issues facing cross-border transactions by US and Chinese businesses.
