The Chinese government's four trillion RMB (US$ 586 billion) economic stimulus package announced in March 2009 allocates massive amounts of funding for infrastructure development, including 370 billion RMB for "technological innovation and structural adjustment" and 150 billion for "health and education." This package is coordinated along with additional sector-specific industry promotion measures, such as 600 billion RMB for the build-out and integration of next generation Internet, third generation wireless, and digital television networks. Our panel discusses how entrepreneurs fit into this rapidly changing landscape. Topics will range from privatized healthcare delivery in China to information and communications technology products and services.
