Transfer students should visit CEAS as soon as possible, preferably during transfer orientation week in autumn. To minimize frustration and lost time, we urge transfer students to enter in the autumn quarter.

The admissions office will have requested that transfer students furnish an official transcript of their previous college courses, which will be evaluated for Stanford credit. Although credit may be accepted toward university requirements, students must also seek to obtain credit toward their program requirements.
