East Asian Studies Workshop: Writing Thesis Prospectus and Grant Proposal
We request that you RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, January, 24th if you are interested in attending this workshop. We will pre-circulate sample prospectuses and proposals among all participants.
We would like to invite you to join us for the thirty-sixth meeting of the East Asian Studies Workshop, sponsored by the Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures. This workshop will focus on the writing of thesis prospectuses and grant proposals, two important forms of writing in our academic life as graduate students. We are going to discuss what prospectuses and proposals are, how to craft effective ones, and more importantly, how the process of writing can benefit the development of our projects.
